After reaching Phuntsholing, you will be greeted by our tour leader along with the backup vehicle. A short orientation will be given before setting off on your Bhutan motorbike adventure, riding from Siliguri through the busy urban stretch on well-maintained roads, a journey of about 5–6 hours. Once border formalities are completed at the Indo–Bhutan checkpoint, you will proceed to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, begin the uphill ride toward Paro Valley via Gedu and Chukha towns. Enjoy a lunch stop at Chukha or Bunagu, then continue the journey, crossing the checkpoint before joining a paved road. On arrival in Paro, check in to the hotel. Later, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung Dzong (fortress), and Kyichu Temple. The evening is free at leisure, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Begin the day with an early morning hike to Tiger’s Nest, taking approximately 3 hours uphill and 1 hour downhill. After lunch, ride to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan. Upon arrival, visit the Memorial Chorten, Giant Buddha, Takin Mini Zoo, and explore Thimphu town. In the evening, visit Tashichho Dzong (fortress). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Depart in the morning for Phobjikha Valley via Punakha and Wangdue valleys. En route, stop at Dochula Pass to view the 108 stupas. Phobjikha Valley is renowned as the winter habitat of the rare black-necked crane. On arrival, visit Gangtey Goenpa (monastery). The evening is at leisure, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, ride to Bumthang Valley via Trongsa, passing Chendebji Stupa. Stop briefly to visit the impressive Trongsa Dzong. Spend the evening at leisure, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Today is dedicated to exploring Bumthang Valley. Visit the sacred Jambay Lhakhang, Kurje Lhakhang, and Tamshing Temple. After lunch, explore Menbar Tsho (Burning Lake) and Jakar Dzong. Enjoy an evening stroll around Bumthang town, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Mongar in eastern Bhutan, crossing the scenic Thrumshing La Pass (4,000 m). Upon arrival, visit Mongar Dzong, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Start early for the ride to Trashigang Valley, a journey of approximately four hours through lush forests, crossing Korila Pass (2,333 m). En route, pass scattered villages, cornfields, banana groves, and the famous eight zigzags of Yadi. Upon arrival, visit hilltop Trashigang Dzong overlooking the glacial river, explore Trashigang town, then enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Today, ride to Trashiyangtse, one of the easternmost regions of Bhutan. En route, visit the sacred Gomphukora Temple. Explore Trashiyangtse Dzong and Chorten Kora Stupa before riding back to Trashigang for dinner and an overnight stay.
Today, depart for Samdrup Jongkhar, a border town adjoining India, via Narphung and Khaling. En route, visit the Khaling Handloom Centre. Spend the evening at leisure, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, you will be escorted by our guide and driver to the Bhutan border for handover to the Indian agent for your onward travel.
